Information Which May Be Required for Loan Application*
  1. IRS W2 forms for the past two years.
  2. Pay stubs or salary voucher for the most recent 30 day period with year-to-date earnings indicated, part-time employment will be included if more than 2 years.
  3. All outstanding loans showing address, account number, monthly payment and balance (include all credit cards).
  4. Self employed borrowers need 2 years personal and business Federal Income Taxes plus a year-to-date profit and loss statement.
  5. All your account numbers, (checking, savings, IRA's, CD's etc.)
  6. The most recent three month's account statements from your bank.
  7. Residence addresses last 2 years, and landlord address if applicable.
  8. Names and addresses of each employer for past 2 years.
  9. Addresses of other real estate owned.
  10. Lenders usually require a minimum of 5% of the deposit money coming from your own savings, the source of all funds to be used in real estate transaction is required to be verified in buyers names for at least 3 months.
  11. The lender will review the borrower's credit history paying special attention to the most recent 24 months. Buyers will be provided the opportunity to refute any adverse credit notations with supportive documentation.
